Travis has been practicing massage since 2016. As a graduate from National Holistic Institute’s Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy and Health Educator program he has 1350 hours of hands on training and education. He specializes in pain management and range of motion issues. His work is focused and therapeutic.
As a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator his primary goal is to help his clients get to a point where they can move freely and without pain. Additionally, He works with clients on what they can do to recover faster and most importantly provide them with actions they can take to prevent chronic problems from recurring.

Travis was born and raised here in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA. From a young age he had a passion for fitness and the outdoors. With all the enjoyment he got out of playing sports, trail running, backpacking, surfing, and rock climbing, came injury’s and pain. He turned to massage to keep him going. It was a natural transition for him to want to learn more about the body and what he could do to keep his body moving and pain free. He went to the National Holistic Institute in Santa Rosa, CA and attended the 900hr Massage and Health Educator program. After he graduated in Santa Rosa, he moved to Sacramento, CA to continue with his education in the 450hr Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy program.
Amy has worked as a massage practitioner for more than a decade, most recently graduating from California Holistic Institute as a Massage Therapist. Holistic massage is an integral part of connecting the body, mind and spirit to the innate wellbeing and wholeness of a person. Her beliefs embrace an intuitive approach around the dynamics of the uniqueness and diversity of every individual’s essence to thrive. Her focus is on a centered balance of oneself and conscious awareness, in essence to bring a person’s presence into a place of thriving.
Amy is a native, born and raised in the Central Coast of California. She enjoys the vast outdoors, hiking, rockhounding, trail running and mountain biking, though two wheels are optional as she spends more hours on the unicycle than on her mountain bike.
